The company is committed to quality, completeness and validity of the information given on the website www.emgemsndiamonds.com both as to the exact details, exposed, and the services provided by its online shop, under subject to any technical or typographical errors that cannot be predicted or occur unintentionally or downtime of the site on grounds of force majeure. The jewelry have detailed descriptions. However, all the jewelry is handmade and slightly there may be deviations to the original photos in the gemstones (color, appearance). However the differences are minimal, if not subtle.
The purity of the metal is shown by the marks stamped on jewelry. For gold 18K, the grades are 750, 14K gold is 585, for gold 9K is 375 and for silver is 925.
Each jewelry of E.M.Gems & Diamonds that is crafted with gemstones is accompanied by a report, bearing the characteristics of metal and stone that has been chosen by the gemologist of E.M.Gems & Diamonds.

Returns policy

For every product sold from our website, the user has the right to return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days, returning the product to its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the documents issued, without incurring any expenditure , except for the cost of return. This period begins from the receipt of the goods. Returns are accepted only if the item you wish to return is in the same condition as received, without having used or worn and in their original packaging, along with the sales receipt or invoice. To avoid your own discomfort, it is advisable to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order on the condition of items sold and their packaging intact, in order to detect any obvious problems. If the delivered item is found faulty, the product will be returned within ten (10) calendar days from the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the sales receipt or purchase invoice. All pictures are exact representative of items on sale. . Note: Import tax or duty is the buyer's responsibility. Returns refused shipments because of such charges cannot be accepted. You may contact us if you require any special arrangements.
E.M.Gems&Diamonds reserves the right to ask for advance payment for each custom order and change the listed prices without notice.
All goods are sent by registered parcels through the Hellenic Post Office or Gedniki Taxydromiki. Finally note that special care is taken to ensure the safe and prompt transfer of jewelry.

Note that you may not use the goods shipped before deciding to withdraw from the market. The right of withdrawal allows you to check the product as you would in a store, not to use it free for 14 days.
Returns are accepted only if:
i) The product has not been worn only once for testing.
ii) The product packaging is not damaged.
iii) The product in return has all supporting documents(retail receipt, invoice).
iv) The return is made within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted if:
i) All the earrings for hygiene reasons.
ii) The product is damaged to the fault of the customer.
iii) When there is damage or alteration during transport of the return due to poor packaging.

Shipping Policy

The shipment takes place via the Hellenic Post Office and Geniki Taxydromiki.
All domestic shipments are First Class (Priority A) and dispatches on the first working day, following the day of deposit.
The First Class Letters (Priority A) typically arrive in three (3) business days in Greece, in the European Union arrive in seven (7)business days and the countries of the rest of the world in seven to fourteen (7-15) business days.
Finally note that special care is taken to ensure the safe and prompt transfer of jewelry.
All letters are tracked at all stages of their journey to ensure that their content is insured as well as their guaranteed delivery.
